Publishing Core provides information about writing, editing, design and publishing support. You may browse the website, ask questions and request a consultation. Please provide accurate contact details and use the forms and chat for genuine inquiries.

Do not use the website to send unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or submit repeated automated messages.

Inquiries and project agreements

Submitting a consultation form or speaking with a representative registers an inquiry. It does not create a paid order, a client account or an obligation to purchase a service.

Before paid work begins, the project agreement or accepted written proposal should set out the services, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, review stages, revisions and responsibilities. That agreement governs the project if its terms differ from the general information on this website, subject to applicable law.

Quotes and promotional offers

The amount of work depends on your manuscript, requirements and agreed scope. A final fee and any additional charges must be confirmed in the written quote or project agreement.

Our website does not advertise a standing percentage discount or a purchase deadline. A project quote identifies the service fee, payment milestones and any applicable third-party costs. Asking for a quote does not reserve a price or require a purchase.

Your material and project rights

You must have the rights or permission needed for the manuscripts, images and other material you provide. Sharing material for an inquiry allows us to review it for that purpose; it does not transfer its copyright to Publishing Core.

The project agreement should specify the rights to completed work, the files to be supplied, any licensed third-party assets and any conditions for transfer. Please confirm these details before commissioning work.

Cover designs shown in the portfolio are examples of design work. The titles, author names and underlying content belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying a cover does not mean Publishing Core owns or published the book.

Approvals and publishing outcomes

Your timely feedback and approvals help a project move forward. Changes to the approved scope or delays in supplying required material may affect the fee and schedule; any adjustment should be agreed in writing.

Retailers, distributors and other platforms apply their own rules and make their own acceptance decisions. We do not guarantee book sales, bestseller status, media coverage, advertising results or search engine rankings. Any specific service commitment must be stated in your project agreement.

Website content and outside services

You may read and share links to the website. Permission is required to reproduce its original copy, branding or design assets beyond uses allowed by applicable law. Cover design projects credit design work; studio concepts are identified separately as original demonstrations. A portfolio listing is not a claim that Publishing Core published the book. Third-party platform names and logos identify services authors may choose, without endorsement or partnership. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but content may change and technical interruptions can occur. External websites and services have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is handled.

Questions, cancellation and applicable rights

These website terms do not remove any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude. The project agreement should identify the contracting business and any applicable governing law before paid work begins.
